あっという間に12月🥹

つい最近まで暑い、とか言っていたと思ったら

師走の季節となってしまいました…

今年のRioさん

反省の1年です💦

なにが？どこが？と

断捨離もしてなかったんです。
家のことを大きく変えたかったのに
変えられなかった😔

年内にやりたいです。

そして
1月中旬まで
必ず体型戻します❣️

必ず。
ある目標ができたんです。

叶えたい目標のために
年内最後の1ヶ月

エンジンかけて2026年は
人生最高の1年にしようと思ってます😋
