お題：得意料理ある？に回答♪

お題ありがとうございます💓

じっくり煮炊きしたり、揚げたりするの

意外にも結構好きなので

唐揚げを2度揚げしたり

煮物とか煮魚を作るのが好きです❣️

ぐつぐつ煮ていると

だんだん色味が浸透してきたり

火が通って食材が柔らかくなったり

少しずつ美味しそうになる姿を

じっくり見ているのが好き⸜( ˶'ᵕ'˶)⸝

お料理始めた時は

「見すぎ！」って母によく

怒られていました（笑）

美味しそうなの見てたくて思わず🤤

食べるまでじっくり焦らされる時間

好きなタイプです

最近はしっかり手の込んだお料理は

出来ていないので

そろそろ春ということもあり

いちご大福とか作りたいなって

密かに美味しい企みをしています🍓💞
