目標とか目的って
それを達成する過程がいちばん楽しいよね✊🏻‪❤️‍🔥

ゲームとかでもクリアできたりすると
燃え尽き症候群みたいな
そんな感じになっちゃうから
定期的に目標とか目的を自分で
決めるのがいちばん自分が成長できる
