最近ぬか漬け漬けるのにハマっています🍆🥒

糠買ってきてお野菜漬けるんだけどね、

漬け時間とか糠床の調子によって味が変わるから

凄い面白い(*´꒳`*)

出勤前に漬けて夜晩酌する時に出して食べるのが

最近の楽しみなの(*´-`)💗

今日は長芋ときゅうり漬けたよ~!!

美味しく出来てたらいいな~(´ｰ｀)

手軽に発酵食品食べられるのも魅力的☺️

次のお休みは白菜の白だし漬けする予定です🗓️
