今週早番祭りだからいつも会えないお兄様方に

先日「燕参上」を訪問❕

たしか燕参上オリジナルのラーメンにした気が

するのですがいかんせん泥酔しておりまして...

しっかり太麺が煮干しと豚骨ブレンドのスープ

に絡んでなかなかに旨い❕

背脂と玉ねぎの相性も抜群で、食感も楽しい。

お味はこっさり...

とでも言うのでしょうか❔

絶妙なバランス❕

そこそこに美味しかったのですが、

ラーメン激戦区のすすきので流行らせるのは

系統的にも厳しいかもしれません(*´-`)
