今日もピラティス頑張った！気持ちよかった。

今日は特に**「ドローイン（お腹をへこませる動き）」**を意識したら、いつも表面の腹筋しか使えていなかったのが、おへその奥の筋肉がジンジンする感覚があった。背中が地面に吸い付く感覚を初めて味わえた。
