1/1元旦の悲劇再来・・
またまた給湯器が壊れてしまい
お風呂に入れなくなりました、、
築古物件で交換案件だったんですけど
管理会社からその後の連絡が
来なかったので修理してから
交換はせず、今回また突然。。
なので今日は緊急事態につき
