こんにちは🌸

実家から帰ってきました🏠

久々に両親に会って心も身体も
リフレッシュしてきました！！！

家の近くにある銭湯へ行って久々
足を広げてゆっくりとお風呂に浸かった🛀
やっぱりお風呂大好き♡

その後は最近ずっと食べたくて食べたかった
パンケーキをお母さんと行ってきました🥞
ふあふあ系では無くしっとりとした
昔ながらのやつが好き！！！

帰ってきて健康診断の結果が届いていて
コレステロールが少し高めで
うん、やっぱりねって笑
こんだけ毎日甘いの食べてたらね…🍫

後はオールAで健康でした👍👍

来年までにはコレステロールも減らせる
様に頑張る😤😤

ま、甘いのはやめられないので
控える程度に🙄🙄出来るかな笑

何事も無理なく心も体も元気にね！！！
