今日
1年前の写真をふと見つけちゃって…

思わず
「え、誰！？でぶすぎて無理……😭」
って絶望してました(笑)

でも同じドレスで
今年の3月に撮った写真を
見比べたら

ほんっとうに
別人レベルでびっくりしたの。

やばいよね
1年でこんなに変わるんだって
自分でも感動したよ💦✨

太ってたときって
自分では太ってることに
気づかないんだよね…

写真で初めて現実を叩きつけられるやつ😂

痩せた1番の理由は
“いい意味での環境の変化”

心も生活も整ったら
自然と身体も整った感じがする

しかも今のみり
めっっちゃ食べるよ！？

今日なんて
朝→定食
昼→カレー
夜→ラーメン🍜

という暴走フルコースなのに爆笑

どれだけ食べても37-39kgを
超えない身体になっちゃったみたいです。

運動してるの？ってよく聞かれるけど……

みんなとする“えちえちな運動”と
ぬるぬるなやつ以外は
何もしてません！！(笑)

ジムよりおにいさんとの時間のほうが
みりの消費カロリーぜんぶ持ってってる💓

これからも太らないように
たくさんたくさん運動させてね？☺️💗
