今日はね
声がカスカスになっちゃって…🥲

ほとんど出なくなってしまったので
無理せずゆっくり休んでました。

でも病院のお薬って本当にすごい✨

朝より喉もだいぶラクになってきて
ちょっとずつ声も
出るようになってきました。

ちゃんと効いてくれて安心したぁ☺️

この時期
乾燥や寒さで喉や体がやられやすいから
おにいさんも本当に気をつけてね。

知らないうちに
負担かかってることもあるから
お水こまめに飲んだり
加湿したりしてあげてね！

また元気に会えるように
今日はしっかり休みます💓
