今日の昼間はわりと暖かくてびっくりしちゃったね👀

12月なのに初春みたいな気温で、外歩いてて不思議な感じだったよ〜！

でも夜になると一気に冷えるから、気温差でゆあの身体はびっくりしてるみたい😳

最近ね、冷え性対策になればいいなって思って

ちょっとだけ筋トレを頑張ってみてるんだけど、

見事に筋肉痛になっちゃって日々悶えてます😂

普段使ってないところ使うとすぐ痛くなるよね…

お兄様は体動かしたりする？
