最近毎日出勤中飲んでる手作りスムージー。

中身は
プロテイン・アサイーピューレ・牛乳・冷凍ブルーベリー(たまにミックスベリー)・バナナ
です。
1日の3分の2の栄養素が摂れるスムージー

毎度出勤日にミキサーで作って持っていってます。

サイズはデカイですが、水で薄めてドロドロを無くしているのと、普通に美味しすぎるのであっという間になくなる事が多いです
