今日はお昼寝確定ちあきです

昨日は久しぶりに炎天下の中で活動して
夜中になって「これって熱中症じゃない？」って気付くという

思い返せば異常なほど汗が止まらなかったり
普段こむら返りなんて起こさないのに帰り道で足がつったり
