ラーメン食べたい気分のちあきです
おはようございます

実はちあき、アレルギー性のアトピー持ちで。
症状を出さないために卵・小麦を控えた生活をしてるんです😊

全く食べられないわけじゃないし、栄養バランスを崩さないためにも適度に摂った方が良いらしくて。
症状が出ない程度に、
あとストレスがたまらない程度にラーメンも食べちゃう❣️
