教えてもらった坐禅をちょっと、
YouTubeでやり方みてやってみた

脳みそからにしてぼーっとするって
結構難しいよね

軽く15分くらい

目を少し開けて手前より少し遠いところを見るんだって

不思議と見えるような見えないような感じになって

瞬きも忘れるくらいの感覚で

音も聞こえなくなる
