本日、出勤予定だったのですが
昨日の夕方から体調が悪く
夜には熱が39.2℃まで上がってしまった為
お休みさせて頂きました🙇‍♀️

今は、38.8℃で少しだけ下がったのですが
まだ熱が続いております…
