こんにちは★
ちらっとでも日記を覗いてくれて
ありがとうございますっ🥹🌸✨

今年こそ、と心に決めている事って
お兄さんの中にありますか？？😳✨

れんも毎年いくつか決めている中で
いつも中々満足いく結果にならない
事がありまして…(●´⌓`●)
それはですね。

それはですね。。。

「紫外線に負けない！」

という目標です…！
単純に、日焼けし過ぎないという
お話しではあるんですけど…。
中々これが上手くいかず…。
結局側から見て焼けたなあと分かる
肌になってしまう事🫩🌀🫩🌀

学生の頃より太陽の日差しの強さが
強くなってきた事もあって
少し太陽に当たると痒くなって
しまったり痛くなってしまうので
日焼け止め塗った上からガードは
するのですが🌀🌀🌀

やはり暑くて脱いでしまう事が
あり。。。

気付くと少し焼けたな…と、
分かるくらいになってしまうのです…
トホホ……となっています。
毎年(´-﹏-`；)🌀

なので今年こそは早い段階から
対策を続けられるように！
と、思っています✨✨✨

「継続は力なり」

って言葉、簡単なようで難しい
ですよね🤢🌀
けど、頑張った分力になる！って
良いことわざ。

実は冬が1番紫外線が強いとか。
それでも冬は日差しが暖かく
感じて日傘は中々差さないので…。
もう手遅れかもですが、
日焼け止めはしっかり！✨✨✨

続けていこうと思います😳✨⭐️

他にも今年こそ！という
のは少しずつ実行出来たらいいなと。
