最近、色々あって改めて
「言葉は言霊だな」
って思うことがありました💭
実は私のおばあちゃんすごく元気で
今年で96歳なんです👵。
昔は一人でお店をきりもりしながら
子どもを3人育てて
さらにおじいちゃんの世話までしていて。
今でいう昭和の亭主関白だったらしく
本当に大変だったと思うんですが…
それでも毎日仕事と家事で
3〜４時間くらいしか寝ないで
なにかしらの事で動いていたそうです。
本当にびっくりするくらいガッツのある人で
尊敬してしまいます。
そんなおばあちゃんが
昔からよく言っている言葉があります。
「大丈夫、大丈夫」
「頑張れ」
って、
毎日自分に言い聞かせて
気持ちを上げているんです。
数年前交通事故で怪我をして
歩けなくなってしまってからも
体調が辛い日でも
「大丈夫」「頑張れ」って
自分に言いながら毎日を過ごしていて
その姿を見ていると
本当に言葉には力があるんだ
って思うんです。
だから私も最近は色々あって
しんどくなる日が多々あるのですが
そういう日は思い出して
小さく 「大丈夫」って言ってみるようにしています。
そうすると不思議と
ほんの少しだけ心が軽くなってる気がします🌿
おばあちゃんの言葉は、
きっとこれからも
私のお守りみたいなものなんだと思います📿
誰かに向ける優しい言葉も
自分にかける言葉も
少しだけ
大事にしていきたいですね。
