お久しぶりです、あすかです🍃

少しだけ日記をお休みしてしまっていましたが、
実はこのあいだ、ほんの少し体調を崩してしまっていて…💭

季節の変わり目って、
身体よりも先に、心の方が揺らぐ気がしませんか？
（私は毎年わりと律儀にやられます…笑）

でもその分、

露天風呂で夜空を見ながら、
最近観た映画のワンシーンをなぞったり。

そういう、
すぐに役に立たないことをゆっくり考える時間って、
むしろ大人にとってはすごく大切なのかもしれませんね🌙

忙しい方ほど、
「何もしない時間」にちょっと罪悪感を感じてしまうと思うんですけど…

でも実はそれって、
一番上質な休息だったりしますよね。

少しだけ遠回りして、
ちゃんと戻ってきました🍃

当たり前じゃないなって、改めて思っています。
