こんにちは、あすかです🍃

先日、お友達と少し雰囲気の良いイタリアンに行ってきました🍽️

前もって予約をして
「今日はちゃんと味わう日だね」なんて言いながら入るお店って、
それだけで気持ちが整う気がします…✨

店内は落ち着いていて、
照明もやわらかくて、
自然と声のトーンまで静かになるような空気感で。

こういう場所に来ると、
“丁寧に過ごす時間”の大切さを思い出しますね🍃

この日はピザを選んだんですけど、
焼きたての香りって、どうしてあんなに幸せなんでしょう🍕

シンプルな生地に、
バランスのいい具材とチーズ。

余計なことをしなくても、
ちゃんと美味しいものって、静かに心に残るんだなあって思いました。

それに合わせてワインも少しだけ🍷

お昼からいただくワインって、
なんだか少しだけ背徳感があって、
でもそれすらも含めて“大人の余裕”みたいで好きです…笑

お友達とは、
最近観た映画の話や、
これから行きたい場所の話をしたり。

でも気づけば、
特にオチもないような会話で笑っていて。

そういう時間って、
あとから思い出したときに
いちばん心に残っていたりしますよね🫧

“特別なことをした日”よりも、
“なんでもないけど心地よかった日”の方が、
ふとした瞬間に思い出されるというか。

忙しい毎日の中で、
こういう時間をちゃんと選べる人って、
