みのり、実は

ゆるグルテンフリーをしています。

きっかけは、

今まで何ともなかったのに

急に肌荒れし始めたこと。

小麦が肌荒れの原因になることもある、

と聞いたので

思い切ってチャレンジしてみました。

さすがに、

醤油など調味料に含まれる小麦まで

完全に抜くのは難しいので、

麺類やパン、揚げ物、

小麦のお菓子を控える、

というルールにしました。

みのりは

「やると決めたらやる」タイプなので、

気づけば

約1ヶ月半の、ゆるグルテンフリーに成功✨️

その結果、

肌荒れも落ち着いて、

なんだか肌が一段と
白くなった気がします☺️

とはいえ、

これから先ずっと続けるのは

正直大変なので、

誰かとの食事や

いただきものは我慢せず

美味しくいただきます💓

むしろ、

そういう時間を思いきり楽しむために、

日常的にちょっと気をつけている…

という感覚ですね🫶
