私、姿勢は
めちゃくちゃ意識してます笑

放っておくと人は楽な方へ流れるし、

私も例外なく油断すると崩れるので。

立つとき、座るとき、

「今どうなってる？」

って

脳内で軽く点呼してます。

正直、

楽をしようと思えば

もっとダラッとした姿勢もある。

でも、

今はちゃんと整えてる方が

圧倒的に心地いい。

背中が丸まってると、

思考まで内側に折りたたまれる気がして。

逆に、

背筋を伸ばすと、

視線も、気持ちも、ちょっと外を向く。

これ、気のせいじゃなくて

わりと本当だと思ってます。

昔から

「姿勢いいね」

って言われることはあったけど、

今みたいに

自分で選んで整えてる感覚

があるのは最近。

見せたいとか、

綺麗に見られたいとかじゃなくて。

今日の自分には

この姿勢がちょうどいい、

ってだけ。

たまに
