実はみのりは大学生の頃、

ミュージカルサークルに
所属していました。

先日、サークル時代の友人と話していて、

ふと出てきた一言。

「怒りの表現が上手い役者さんって、

なんかエロくない？」

……言いたいことは、

なんとなく分かる気がして。

少し考えてみました。

自分自身も演じてみて思ったけど、

怒りって、

喜怒哀楽の中でも

いちばん表現が難しい感情だと思います。

普段の生活で、

私たちはあまり

声に出して怒ることをしない。

むしろ、

我慢したり、

飲み込んだりすることの方が多い。

だから演技になると、

ただ大きな声を出しているだけの

「怒り」に見えてしまいがち。

でも、

本当にゾクッとする怒りの演技って、

叫ぶ前から、もう始まっている。

呼吸が浅くなったり、

身体が少し前に出たり、

目線が外れなくなったり。

筋肉がこわばって、

声より先に

身体が反応している感じ。

そういう細かい部分まで

きちんと表現できていると、

人間の生々しさや本能 が滲んで、

少しエロく感じるのかもしれません。

怒りって、

綺麗な感情ではないけれど、

いちばん「人間」を感じる
感情なのかもしれないですね。
