Advance Reservations

Staff Absences and Refunds

Payment & Service Time

Service Time: Your reserved time slot (e.g., 5:00–6:00 PM) is fixed.
Late arrivals will shorten your session, and full payment is still required.
If staff are delayed, your full reserved time will be honored from their arrival.

Cancellation Policy
* By the day before: Free of charge.
* Same-day: 100% fee, payable in cash, bank transfer, or with your next booking (if arranged at cancellation).
* No-shows or unpaid fees: Permanent ban from all services.

Prohibited Acts
* Engaging in illegal activities or solicitation
* Providing false information (e.g., age misrepresentation)
* Unauthorized recording, photography, or surveillance
* Harassment or unwanted physical/verbal contact
* Recruiting or soliciting staff outside our service
* Violent, threatening, or disruptive behavior

Restricted Access

* Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol
* Customers refusing prepayment or engaging in malicious behavior
