🩵シフトは1ヶ月分提出する

🩵メンタルも体調も整えて当欠はゼロ

🩵リクエスト出勤がない限りは時間変更もしない

を目標に走ってきてるセラピなのです

予め休みも予定も前もって決めておきたいし、先々を見据えて行動したり考えたいタイプなのかも🤔

休むのも立派なお仕事ですよね？☺️

余白を作るためにも休むねん

大谷選手も言ってたから間違いないはず🙂‍↕️

あとGWもあるから店長さんに出勤どうしましょ⋯？🥺
