あんまり本調子じゃないときに限って
忙しいのはなんでえ？😮‍💨笑

少し早めに上がらせてもらって
そのまま接骨院行ってきたけど
腕が良すぎて痛み消えてびっくり……
やっぱり定期的に通わないとだめかも🙅‍♀️

そして帰宅して🐶のお散歩して
ご飯作って（今日はイカサラダ）
また寝て夜のお仕事へ✊🏻✨
