最高じゃない！

筋トレっていいことばっかりなんだよー

カラダが引き締まってカッコよくなるし、精神も安定するし、おち〇ぽの勃起力も上がるし…！

始めるまでがめんどくさいのがデメリットだけどね…😅

筋トレに限らず、何かを継続する人って素敵だと思うなぁー

めいも筋トレ女子だから、一緒に頑張れる仲間がいるとモチベーション上がるし
