私は睡眠がうまくないので、眠るタイミングが一定ではないことが多く…！

眠いけど眠れない時…

10時間くらい寝る時…

短時間しか眠れない時…

お兄様も睡眠で悩ましい時ってあると思うのですが、睡眠って難しいですよねぇ🫠

必ずこうしたら眠れる！というのもなかなかに無いので、それなら短時間の睡眠だったとしても質を高めていくことを考えたほうがいいのかなぁ( ˘ω˘ )
