時間があるならばお散歩ですෆ˚*
途中で喫茶店なり公園なりでまったりするとさらにリラックスできます。
今日みたいに良いお天気で暖かいならば公園でまったりコーヒー飲むのも良いかな。
ちなみにお仕事の休憩時間に公園に行くこともあります。
めっちゃ良い気分転換になるのでオススメ。
