しんどくて体調を崩してしまい、、
頭がすごく痛いです。

季節の変わり目で体調崩して
しまったのかな？と思うのと、ここ数日家庭の事でも忙しくてあまり睡眠も取れてなかったからだと思います！

今日はお休み頂いて何もせずに安静にしときたいと思います。
