今日はローションまけで肌荒れが悪化したので出勤しないでお休みしてました🫩

朝皮膚科に行けたので1日お薬塗ってたらブツブツもよくなりました☺️
体は元気なのでチートデーと言う名の暴飲暴食

昨日から無性に食べたかった甘いものも食べて

今日は午後から熱中症になってしまってて、、、

軽い頭痛と、少し動いたら動悸と立ちくらみが酷くて
水分摂っても摂っても気分悪くて
リバースしました🤢

で、もしかしたら熱中症かも🤔と思って病院電話して夜行ってきました😯

気分の悪さもだいぶ落ち着いてたので点滴だけしとこうか、と言われたのですが
