6,7月はジムお休みしてるんですけど
たまにチートデー爆食いしながらも、しっかりご飯食べて
栄養管理だけでも2kg落ちてたよ☺️✨

体脂肪も少しずつ減ってます😙

でもあとまだ8kgもある…🤭草

今日は朝から昨日痛めた腰を診てもらいに整形行きました😘

診てもらう…というか
いつも湿布、痛み止め/筋弛緩剤を出してもらってるのが無くなったので
