今日はほんまは10:00から行く予定で朝ちゃんと早起きして一旦起きたんですが
知らん間に二度寝ぶっこいてました🐸💭

久しぶりの二度寝🥲

これには訳があって🥹

以下言い訳▼

昨日は2ヶ月半ぶりのパーソナルトレーニング再開で
お休み期間に一度ジムに伺って
腕の動きなどなど色々見てもらって相談して、
治るまで下半身/体幹トレーニングで💪🏾

って事になり昨日は下半身🦵🏼

久しぶりだし、だいぶ様子見ながら体動かす程度を想像してたら
結構普通にしっかりがっつり下半身がボロ雑巾に💀

ももうらとお尻が筋肉痛ですが
恐ろしい事に今日時間が経つほど筋肉痛がきてます💀💀

そんな状態だったので知らぬ間に眠ってしまいました🌞

でも外に出ると暑さで体が目覚めますね😎

家にいるより体動かしてる方が絶対良かったです😌
