写メ日記一覧ページ見たら、、
いつも角度がおなじ写真で笑いました🤣

昨日、今日と、お仕事終わりの時間に合わせて鍼の予約を取ってたのですが
昨日に引き続き今日もだいぶ痛みが和らいでて
涙ながらにお礼を伝えてしまうくらい
感謝しました🥲

やっぱ精神的にもろくなってるわ🥲w

今日は腕の痛みではなく体調が良くなかってお休みいただいてましたm(_ _)m

水曜日も、実は出勤したのですが頭痛が酷くなり
お仕事せずに帰宅しました😟

両日とも、ご予約が入っていたのにお断りしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。

熱中症っぽい頭痛がひどい日が多く、体力も気力も減っているのかなと思ってます😞

9月は8月より健康的に💪🏾

鍼灸師さんにまだ腫れていると言われたので、ブヨブヨじゃ無かったことに安心してしまいましたが(๑･̑◡･̑๑)

自分でできるケアは今後も続けていきます🌻✨
なるべく毎日鍼に💪🏾

そしてなるべく冷えすぎないように
