今日は完全に怠けきって自炊キャンセル界隈。と思ったけどコンビニに出かけた自分
えらい(๑･̑◡･̑๑)w

生理前かなwと思うくらいの爆食のループに入ってます☺️

この日は月1の女子会の日なので、翌日のお休みに絶対食べよう…と思っていたら
18日はジムに行く日でした🥲

今月も月4回のジム、腕の調子が心配だったので
