朝起きたら腰の関節が痛いの💀

インフルとか(中学生以来なってないけど)
ワクチン副作用で熱が出た時に腰が痛かった記憶があるんだけど
そんな痛さです💀

いつもリビングで折りたたみマットレスで寝てて
