ライフの大好きな焼きおにぎりです🍙

今日は腰のケアでお休み貰ってました🥺

整体と鍼治療受けてジムにも行きました🫡✨

運動じゃないですよ😲ストレッチや腹筋縮めて腰が緩むような負担のない簡単な動きをしたり、
あくまで腰のケアという感じです💀

効果は抜群でした✨

復活💀💪🏽

帰って、明日から在宅してる日も一般のお仕事で忙しくなりそうで
今日のうちに…とクローゼットの衣替えをしました☺️

奥にあるものと手前にある冬服を入れ替えただけです\( ˆoˆ )/

ついでに床にすぐ転がる癖もやめたくて
こたつテーブルとホカペないない…
コタツ布団とカーペットは捨てました🗑️

靴も3つくらい断捨離して
心身ともにスッッッッキリ🥸

広々したスペースで
ヨガマット広げてチューブやダンベルトレーニング
頑張ってみようかな💪🏽と思うくらい
スッキリした気持ちです☺️

あまり見えるとこにごちゃごちゃ物を置きたくないので
