こんばんは、マホです😊

講習と初出勤を終えて、、
正直ヘトヘトです！笑

すでに背中が痛くなってます✊

昔バレエを習っていたころから
筋肉痛大好きなので（）
Mットでの筋肉痛も心地よく感じてます🫢

講習はミュウさんにご担当いただきまして
初心者🔰の私でもわかるように
丁寧に優しく教えてくださいました😭

素敵すぎるお姉様に色々🤭していただき
教わる立場なのに
「うわぁぁ気持ちいいぃ」と感動してしまい😂

まだまだ最初の1歩を踏み出したばかりですが
色々できるようになりたい！と
向上心たっぷりです🙌🙌🙌

最初はMットの上で座るだけでも精一杯でしたがなんとか動けるようになり、
一応独り立ちいたしました🙇‍♂️

ちなみに、、
講習中、ミュウさんに「こんなに肌感がいい女の子久しぶり、スベスベ超えてサラサラ」と
