汗が出るようになってきました(⌒▽⌒)

自律神経の乱れらしくて
汗が全く出なくなってたのですが
熱中症になりやすいみたいです
体調も良くなかったりと(´；Д；`)
でもこの数ヶ月毎日ストレッチしたり
整骨院通ったりしてたら
