子どもの頃に読んだ本の中の一冊に、

『水木しげるの妖怪図鑑』

(たくさんありすぎて正式名称はてな)

がありますが

人間同様、多種多様な妖怪様がいて、実は今もこっそり怯えているのが…

あかなめ。

１日の汚れを洗い流すお風呂。

わたしも大好きな場所ですが、そこを清潔にしておかないと、あかなめという妖怪がでるそうな。

人間の残した垢を栄養分にしているそう。

なんだかちょっとチャーミングですな。

大人になり、ひとりでお風呂に入るのも慣れた今日このごろ。

改めて考えると、あかなめに湯船なめてもらったら、むしろ掃除いらずなのでは…？？

…という、在宅時間が短いため、便利家電にお世話になりまくりのわたしは、ふと考えてしまうのでした。
