普段自炊ってしてる？に回答。お題でーす

長谷川あかりさんのレシピをよく作ります。もともと料理は苦手だったのですが、彼女のレシピに出会って人生が変わりました・・・(深イイ話)。

混ぜごはんだよー

カリカリに焼いた豚バラと、塩揉みきゅうり、ひじきと玉ねぎのサラダ、しば漬けとシソの実漬け、ねぎ。

一品でいろんな味や食感が味わえるもの、混ざり合った複雑な味とか、好きです。

この混ぜごはんは、食べてるとひとつひとつの食材の入っている意味がわかるような味で食べてて楽しかったです。

こういう具材がたくさんいるものはそもそも調子のいい日にしか作れませんが、立ち向かえるくらい調子が良ければ楽々作れるレシピでしたよ〜。
