お題：今日は「日本最低気温の日」寒さ対策なにしてる？に回答♪

最近ほんとに寒いですよね😭

寒さ対策
いろいろ考えてますが
それにしても
さいきんさむすぎる💦

まりんのおすすめとしては

白湯を飲むこと

朝起きてすぐと
寝る前の１日２回

ほっと体があたたまるし
自律神経も整います♡

あとは
暖房をタイマー設定すること！

朝起きる時間の30分前に

暖房が入るように

タイマー設定してから寝ること

そうするとお布団からでるのが
辛くなくなります💖

最近は帰宅する時間に合わせて
暖房が入るように
設定して出かけます❣️

これだけで
帰った途端あったかいので
かなり体に嬉しいです♡

でも1番は

お兄様と密着すること

が1番あったまる気がする👀💖
