About actual sex
"MUTEKI LAND (hereinafter referred to as our shop)" does not perform any actual sex. We will not tolerate any coercion or negotiation. In severe cases, we will report you to a public institution.
About options

About changes
There will be an additional 5,000 yen for changes.
Please note that the play fee with the next girl you visit will be charged separately. If you are outside the city, an out-of-city travel fee will be added.
About cancellations
The cancellation fee is 10,000 yen.
However, if you are outside the city, an out-of-city travel fee will be added separately.
If you cancel after the guide, the course fee will be charged in full.
About reservations
In order to avoid inconvenience to customers with bookings, etc., we only accept orders by phone.
We do not accept orders by highly anonymous emails, so thank you for your understanding.
About inquiries
For inquiries such as confirmation of attendance, inquiries by phone will necessarily take priority.

We may suspend play in the following cases.
1. Forcing, negotiating, or engaging in actual sex, or making similar remarks, violent acts, or abusive language. (Fine of 300,000 yen and up)
2. Scouting or remarks by fellow professionals, scouts, or persons equivalent to scouts (Fine of 3 million yen)
3. Taking photographs, taking secret photos, or eavesdropping with devices such as video cameras, digital cameras, or mobile phones with cameras. (Fine of 300,000 yen and up)
4. Forcing or coercing you into acts other than the service content (Fine of 300,000 yen and up)
5. Using the same room with multiple people.
6. Refusing to take a shower with a companion
7. If we determine that it is difficult to provide services due to use in an unsanitary place.
8. Using the bath or shower when you are unable to use it, or when the bath or shower is not working, or when the bath is shared or there is no hot water.
9. Using the bath if you are a foreigner, drunk, affiliated with a gang, or are of a similar nature.
10. Having a sexually transmitted disease or suspected sexually transmitted disease
11. Taking or using drugs or similar substances, or encouraging a woman to use them
12. Trying to use play equipment or other items owned by the customer
13. Changing or canceling after the companion has undressed or been touched.
14. Refusing to allow the companion to leave after the play time has expired
15. Being invited or solicited to use a companion without our company as an intermediary
16. If our staff determines that you have not observed the precautions and prohibitions regarding business and operations
17. Any other cases that our company deems necessary
If any of the above items are deemed to be serious, we will report you to a public institution.
We will refuse future use to those who do not observe the rules, and will request compensation for damages.
Furthermore, if any of the above occurs during service, the service will be immediately discontinued.
Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given.
